Q: Is there disabled access?
A: Trainers yards are not normally open to the public, so would not reasonably be expected to have as good a set of facilities as a venue that is ( e.g. may not have disabled loos).
The Gallops on the Sunday morning would not be suitable for wheelchair access.
The National Horseracing Museum and Tattersalls are both DDA compliant.
We do operate a disabled minibus free of charge, courtesy of the local MS Branch. We would also give a carer a free pass.
Q: Are dogs permitted?
A: Regrettably, dogs other than Guide Dogs are not allowed

A: Shuttle buses will be running along a number of routes on Sunday, going approximately every twenty minutes.
Q: Can I bring a camera?
A: You are more than welcome to bring cameras, but please disable the flash where possible as sudden bright lights upset horses.

Tours of The Jockey Club Room:
(Sat & Sun 10.30am and 12noon). Pre booking is essential and tours will cost NOW wristband holders £5 per person. Contact: email@example.com.
Tours of The National Stud:
During Newmarket Open Weekend National Stud Tours will not be taking place at the usual time slots but will be taking place at 11am, 12noon, 1pm and 2pm.
Pre-booking is not required, spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis and customers must hold a Newmarket Open Weekend ticket. (We will have extra buses and guides on the day so will endeavour to accommodate as many visitors as possible).
